After a successful career in sales and marketing, Rich decided to pursue his true passion and began his career in real estate. Rich has become a successful Listing Specialist helping home sellers achieve top dollar for their homes. He strives to treat each and every client like family as he aims to make the overwhelming real estate sales process both peaceful and fun. As a prominent Hershey area agent, Rich takes great pride in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and feeds his strong passion for bringing expert results to his clients. After graduating from Bloomsburg University and receiving an MBA from The University of Maryland, Rich held various jobs, each with different skill sets that have helped shape him as a person and form the patient and calming demeanor that he possesses. Rich is not only a Listing Specialist with the Joy Daniels Real Estate group, but also a teacher and an author of the book, “The Essential Guide to Selling Your Home”. As an Assistant Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College, Rich teaches young people about real estate and business in hopes to inspire them to bring their career goals to fruition. Along with his passion for real estate, Rich enjoys exercising, landscaping, sailing and spending quality time with his two children. Rich volunteers to crew on others' sailboats, which allows him to both spend time on the water as well as meet wonderful people. Rich’s greatest pleasure is to be able to assist clients in the sale of their home and to make the listing process both a smooth and enjoyable one.
