"This is a business where you learn something new every single day, and using those experiences to help clients become more educated is always my goal"

Irvette brings a unique point of view to the home buying process with her diverse background running the gamut from legal to banking, IT programming and consulting to people and animal training. She began working in real estate development in 2003 as the managing partner for a small group. She is a problem solver with a true skill for helping her clients find the right property and feel as comfortable as possible along the way through education.  Need an answer to a question? Look for Irvette because if she doesn't know it, she will find it or the person who does.  Irvette became a licensed agent with the Joy Daniels Real Estate Group in 2012 and has built up a "fan base" of clients and friends who know she will go above and beyond.

Married to a Brit she met while working for Peter Paul  Cadbury, her husband retired from The Hershey Company and is currently a professor for Penn State.  The Timmses relocated to Central PA in 1989 from Connecticut and purchased a 20 acre farm outside of Hershey, PA.  They have 2 adult sons and a retired Arabian show horse.  As President of the PA Arabian Horse Association (PAHA), Irvette received state, regional and national recognition for her efforts in promoting the breed, volunteering in numerous roles, and working on behalf of her members to start new programs and activities.  She continues to serve as Treasurer and Past President for PAHA.  When her kids were in school, Irvette ran her family's horse farm and was active chairing committees for the PTO and Band.  Over the years, the Timms family had many memorable critters in their lives, including house and barn cats, adopted dogs, parrots, lizards, fish, guinea pigs, goats and even an "attack rabbit".  She and her husband have also been involved with PMCA, a confectionery association based in PA for over 20 years and in other voluntary positions for other organizations.

Using her wide range of skills combined with her sincere care for the people of Central Pennsylvania and those coming to the area, Irvette helps you set goals, make a plan and then find the property that feels right.  Whether you are first timers, moving up- or down-sizing, wanting to build, investing in rentals or purchasing land, she is the person to call.
