Joy Daniels Referral Associates, a division of the Joy Daniels Real Estate Group, is an independent company that provides individuals with active real estate licenses a way to conveniently make money through our referral program.

How it works:

If you know anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate, contact us with their information and we will place your referral with one of our agents. All you need to do is provide a name, address, phone number or email. Start generating a lucrative income on a flexible schedule today!

Who Is Eligible:

• If you have an active real estate license in Pennsylvania
• If your license is inactive, you can activate it with Joy Daniels Referral Associates
• If you are just getting your license

Cost:

The one time membership fee to join Joy Daniels Referral Associates is $175, but the first 20 applicants will have their membership fees waived. In order to stay active in the program, members will be expected to complete one referral per year.

What are the costs involved in being a member of JDRA?

The only other costs involved are the fees to transfer or renew your license with the state, when needed, and the cost of CE courses, if required.

How much can I really make on a referral?

When a referral settles, JDRA is paid a referral fee, We will send you a link to our income calculators and you can plug in the sales price. The calculator will do the rest and let you know how much you will receive at closing.

I still have to do Continuing Ed when my license is with JDRA?

YES! While you, as an agent, are not active, your license is! Any active license must be renewed and continuing education must be done, as usual.

• Can I get a referral on the sale/purchase of my own home?

YES! We would refer you to an agent just as you would any other buyer or seller.

What do you need from me when I place a referral?

Please email Janice Santoni our Lead Manager at Janice@joydaniels.com or call Janice at 717-695-3177 to place your referral. You will need at least their name, address, contact info and any important details.

Can I make commercial referrals? Yes! Our commercial specialist Michal Stewart or Nick Pendolino will handle all commercial referrals.
